National
Students, families, hour packages, attendance, timetables, instructors and payments — in Arabic and English, on any phone or computer.
01 / Features
Everything a tutoring centre does in a day.
No spreadsheets, no lost notebooks, no forgotten payments.
Students and families
One profile per student, siblings under one parent, documents and photos attached.
Hour packages
Sell 10, 20 or 40 hours. Hours left update after every class, instalments fill in by themselves.
Attendance in seconds
A whole day in a few taps or by QR code. Late, absent and excused counted correctly.
Timetables without clashes
Times, rooms and instructors per day, with a warning before two classes overlap.
Payments and receipts
Instalments, overdue lists, receipts on WhatsApp and revenue by month.
Messages in two languages
Reminders, receipts and timetables written for you, ready to send in one tap.
An app for each instructor
Instructors see only their own classes, mark attendance and send comments.
A page for each family
Parents see classes and hours left on a private, read-only link.
Reports
Excel and Word reports for students, attendance, payments and instructor pay.
